Born and raised in Lockhart, Texas - the barbecue capital of Texas, and perhaps the world - our dad Terry Black passed down generations of barbecue wisdom from his experience in the Lockhart BBQ scene.
We opened Terry Black’s to honor that hard-earned family know-how and to bring delicious Central Texas flavors to you with our own unique style.

efore becoming a private event room, this quaint building was one of two Mobil fuel stations in Lockhart. Today, it serves as the ideal space for birthday parties, family reunions, company luncheons, and engagement celebrations.
The McGee Room sits adjacent to the main dining hall and features two private restrooms, a presentation-ready TV, and seating for up to 50 guests.
